Dr. Scales, known to patients and staff as "Dr. Clear Skin," is a board certified dermatologist with a private practice in Durham.

I had 'em so bad that for years people thought I was paranoid: I was constantly turning around any time someone got behind me to keep anyone from looking at my neck.

I went to three other dermatologists over the years without results. After Dr. Jeff did his thing, though, the bumps disappeared and I now have no problem letting people get behind me. That was 15 years ago.

Dr. Jeff is a graduate of Morehouse College in Atlanta and was a distinguished student at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He did his residency at the University of Chicago, and a dermatology residency at Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University.
